Do you accept returns?
Yes, we want to give our customers optionality after paying for a good. We therefore offer a 30-day window after the date of purchase to request a return. Customers are obligated to pay for return delivery and upon receipt of the delivery charge and the good we will refund both the item and return delivery charge.
Where is my order?
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail and fully insured. On dispatch we will provide a reference number which can used to view real-time delivery updates on Royal Mail’s website.
How long do home deliveries take?
Your orders delivery route begins in the Scottish Highlands and will take between 3-6 days to arrive depending on your location in the British Isles.
